ISM has taken care of  an accommodation place by disposing its own dormitories for both girls and boys. It is quite sufficient for students to live comfortably. Students do not even need to worry about their meals as hostel canteens and cafes are normally located next door.
Special workers have been appointed in order to maintain cleanliness in the hostel rooms, corridors, premises, toilets and bathrooms. At present, the ISM has provided several dormitories to its foreign students. Usually female wardens are responsible for the safety of students inside each hostel. Entrances and exits of each hostel have additional inner gates to ensure extra security and safety of the students.
Representatives of    the ISM Student’s Community, i.e. the Senators for Hostel Affairs also reside in these hostels, help students in solving their problems, and assist them whenever required. Each hostel has a set of toilets and bathrooms that have a regular cold and hot water supply. Besides, each hostel has its laundry room, gym hall, while some of them have billiards rooms and rooms for individual reading and training. In addition to this, our students enjoy Wi-Fi connection. Students are allowed to enter the hostel premises until 10:00 pm, which are well guarded with police security.

Common details of Hostel Premises:
In fact, the ISM has made it possible for students to stay in two-, three- and four bedded rooms. These roomsare furnished with beds, chairs, one large sized study table, a wardrobe and bedside nightstands. Pillows, bed sheets, mattresses, quilts and blankets are provided byhostel wardens. Each room has a large window for easy ventilation.
Service personnel have been appointed to collect dirty clothes from the students, wash them and return back after ironing. This saves time of the students which they can use for studies. More staff have been appointed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in ISM hostels. Rooms are cleaned and wiped on a daily basis. Toilets and Bathrooms are also cleaned daily with antiseptics and detergents.
Transportation is made available for the 1st year students to take them to the School and back to the hostel.

                                         Meals at ISM

Food is the most important and basic necessity of life. Keeping this necessity in mind, ISM has a special provision for food and catering to student needs through its mess/canteen.

This mess is run by Dr. Phani Bhushan Potu and Dr. Nazir Imran, the ISM Representatives for India and Pakistan. The university’s hostel has a canteen where Indian cooks work. Students have opportunities to enjoy the traditional Indian cuisine. However currently, the mess operates for Indian and Pakistani students only.

Two cooks from India work in the Indian mess. The cook from India is a South Indian food specialist while the cook from Nepal excels in North Indian food. The Indian ISM mess has a variety of menu that includes chapatti, rice, sweets etc. The ISM Mess serves Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian dishes include vegetables and pulses while Non Vegetarian dishes include mutton, chicken and fish. Meals are served three times a day. There is a specified discipline in the ISM mess. Correct timings should be maintained by students.Special preparations can be ordered or requested by students to the ISM mess administration to celebrate birthdays, festivals and parties etc.

Along with this Bishkek is also a centre for several Indian and Pakistani restaurants (like The Host, Indian Village, Pizza one, Mac Burger, Begemot etc) giving several options for students to dine and hang out.
